01Using this website

These terms apply to your use of the Lystout website (the “Site”), operated by Lystout (“Lystout”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

02About Lystout and the app

The Site describes the Lystout mobile app, a community platform for families and local merchants. The app is not yet publicly available.

App screens, categories and business names shown on the Site are illustrative previews. Features may change before launch, and nothing on the Site is an offer to provide a particular service. Separate terms will apply to the app when it launches.

03Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful;
  • send spam, malware or abusive content through our contact form or other channels;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the Site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works;
  • copy or harvest the Site's content in bulk by automated means without our permission;
  • pretend to be someone else when you contact us.

04Messages you send us

When you contact us, please make sure the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Please don't send confidential or sensitive information through the contact form.

If you share ideas or suggestions about Lystout, you agree that we may use them freely, without any obligation to you. How we handle the personal information in your messages is explained in our Privacy Policy.

05Intellectual property

The Lystout name and logo, and the Site's text, design, images and other content, belong to Lystout or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages of the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use needs our written permission.

06Third-party services and links

The Site may link to, or rely on, services run by others, such as WhatsApp. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content, availability or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

07No warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we try to keep it accurate and running smoothly, we don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or up to date. Information on the Site is general and isn't professional advice.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lystout is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

09Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute relating to the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.
